upon seeing this blog and seeing this illustration, my office mate, kate, fondly recalled how much she liked this particular illustration when she saw it first in candy mag years ago. she was probably still in college then. she was surprised to find out that i drew it. i'm just thrilled my work left a lasting impression on her. 2003, it's been six years.
